Enhances a decorator to support both parameterized and non-parameterized usage.

This allows the decorator to be used as either:

• @decorator (equivalent to @decorator())

• @decorator(...) with parameters.

Args:

decorator (Callable): The decorator to enhance.

Returns:

Callable: The modified decorator supporting both usages.
